By accessing or using WireQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

WireQ is a chat-powered wireframing tool that allows users to create sketchy, hand-drawn style mockups through natural language descriptions.

2. Description of Service

WireQ provides AI-powered wireframe generation services, including:

• Chat-to-wireframe generation
• Pre-built UX pattern templates
• Export functionality (PNG, PDF, HTML)
• Dark and light mode support
• Mobile-responsive wireframe outputs

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

WireQ offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access for evaluation
• Starter (BYOK): $1/month with your own API key
• Pro: $5/month with full features
• Team: $12/editor/month for team collaboration

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all wireframes and content you create using WireQ. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: WireQ, including its templates, code, and design assets, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WireQ to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

WireQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
